How do I create a free website for my shop?
Sign up on FRQ with your name and WhatsApp number, add your shop details and photograph your products. FRQ reviews the shop and it goes live at its own address, such as yourshop.frq.in. It takes a few minutes and you do not need a computer.
Is the website really 100% free?
Yes. The Starter plan costs ₹0 a month and is not a trial. It gives your shop its own website address, room for 50 products and free counter billing with printable receipts. No card is asked for when you sign up.
Does FRQ take a commission on my sales?
No. Customers reserve online and pay you directly at your counter. FRQ charges 0% commission and no fee per bill on every plan.
What do I get if I pay for a plan?
Paid plans add room for more products, more shop designs, your logo on receipts, marketing tools and market insights. Elite also lets one shop appear in more than one market. Prices start at ₹199 a month and are shown before you pay.
Is there free billing software for my shop?
Yes. Counter billing is part of every FRQ shop, including the free plan. You make GST-ready bills from your phone, print or send the receipt, and your stock count updates after each sale.
Do I need a computer or a web developer?
No. Everything is done from your phone: adding products, changing prices, making a bill and choosing how your shop looks.
What will my shop's web address be?
Your shop gets its own address in the form yourshop.frq.in. You can print it on your bills, put it in your WhatsApp status and share it with customers. The same shop also appears inside your market's page on frq.in.
How do customers buy from my online shop?
They see your products, prices and stock on your shop page and can reserve an item online. You confirm it, they come to your shop, and they pay you at the counter. A reservation is held for 48 hours.
Will my shop show up on Google?
Every shop page is built for search engines, with your shop name, address, opening hours and products, and it is listed in FRQ's sitemap. No one can promise a position on Google, but your shop will have a real page that can be found.
Does a paid plan renew by itself?
Only if you choose AutoPay. A one-time plan purchase covers a fixed period and does not renew. You can cancel AutoPay from Billing at any time, and the period you have paid for stays active until it ends.
